Our BIO solid wood structure stands for a sustainable and healthy living and and ensures a pleasant room climate. 

On our farm you will enjoy the benefits of a familiar atmosphere and a healthy environment. Three of our exclusive apartments are located on the top floor of the farmhouse and the forth can be found on the first floor. Wood and light characterize our individually designed apartments. Our motto - farmers tradition meets modern comfort. Be enchanted by the unique view over the city of Merano and the Texel group mountains. The farmers lady was a passionate painter, you will meet her colourful watercolour paintings everywhere in the house.

Our climate wooden house stores CO2 and does not require air conditioning in summer thanks to its special design. Tilt the window at night to optimise the cooling of the room. To store the cool night air well during the day, darken the flat when you are travelling.
